We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administration professional to join our team at Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd. As a Lease Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and administering leases for various properties under our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and check lease documents, activate contracts, and maintain tenancy schedules
- Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, and tenant-related lease management functions
- Enter and maintain data in SAP system
- Execute arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval
- In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants, and adjustment of audited sales
- Perform ad-hoc duties as allocated
- Possess a Diploma in relevant courses
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in contracts and working in a legal or law firm an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential
- Experience in SAP an added advantage
- Competitive salary up to S$4,500 and bonus
