About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mapletree as a Lease Management Senior Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing lease management support for properties within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain monthly and ad-hoc management reports to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Support data analysis during meetings or any ad-hoc requests.
  • Contribute to the implementation of projects related to digital transformation and process improvements.
  • Ensure timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover, and occupancy costs.
  • Perform annual audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, and other related lease management functions.
  • Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
Requirements
  • A degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience with people management experience is necessary.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Excel is essential.
  • Experience working with SAP systems and exposure in the Real Estate industry is highly valued.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be meticulous, diligent, highly organized, and have lots of self-initiative.

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
