About the Role

The NTU Entrepreneurship Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join its team as a Senior Administrator for Overseas Entrepreneurship. As a key member of the academy, you will play a vital role in the success of the Overseas Entrepreneurship Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to the Overseas Entrepreneurship Programme.
    • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Student Support:
    • Provide excellent support to students throughout their participation in the OEP.
    • Address queries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Compile and disseminate student reports to faculty, companies, and NTU supervisors.
    • Ensure all key documentation is archived, including approval letters and student resumes.
  • Communication and Liaison:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with schools, international partners, and clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Skills and Experience:
    • Proven experience in administrative, finance, and procurement functions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
