  • Preparing client presentation materials, including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs.
  • Assisting insurance specialists with administrative tasks, such as printing documents, binding documents, arranging couriers, and submitting documents to insurers or internal stakeholders.
  • Developing skills in illustration, administration, and banking, with a focus on providing high-quality support to clients and team members.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other software applications relevant to the role.
