Job Title: Insurance Admin Support

The Insurance Admin Support role entails providing administrative assistance to the insurance team. Key responsibilities include preparing client presentation materials, assisting with document printing and binding, and coordinating the submission of documents to insurers or internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality client presentation materials in multiple languages, including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs.
  • Assist Insurance Specialists with printing and binding documents, preparing application forms, and coordinating the submission of documents to insurers or internal departments.
  • Arrange local and international couriers for timely delivery of client and insurer documents.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Operations) and external insurers to support smooth case handling and processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance and/or banking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; multilingual abilities are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
