**Position: Insurance Broking Executive / Assistant - Marine Insurance Department (Full Time)**

**Location: TripleOne Somerset Orchard**

**Position Overview**:
As an Insurance Broking Administrative Assistant for our Marine Insurance Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Marine Insurance Department, on policies related documentation, claims and administrative support.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of insurance documents and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Other adhoc operational administrative support when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Good Typing and Data Entry Skills
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Possess clear communication skills.
- Ability to speak and write standard Business English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A good team player with great work attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other MS Office software an advantage
- Experience providing Administrative Support is preferred.
