Human Resource Specialist - Recruitment and Compliance

This is a 6-month contract role.

  • Partner with HR teams to understand current and future hiring needs across business functions.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with employment guidelines and company standards.
  • Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating candidate statuses in applicant tracking systems.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for business insights and workforce planning.
  • Support labour market testing, compliance tracking, and audits in coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across teams.
  • Effective communication skills, including handling confidential or sensitive issues with professionalism.
  • Experience supporting audits or working in a compliance-focused role.
