Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage key accounts for Temp/Contract roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to succeed in placement closure and be able to source candidates through various recruitment channels.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to build a consistent talent pipeline and ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines.

Requirements
  • Diploma and above
  • Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient and is driven to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive to succeed in placement closure
  • Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
