This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Chair's office in high-level administration and often confidential administrative matters. As a key member of the Office of the Associate Chair (Faculty), you will be responsible for leading the office in all faculty-related matters, including faculty recruitment, promotion and tenure, performance appraisal, re-appointments, and faculty nominations for prestigious national and international awards.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with various stakeholders, a recognized degree in Engineering or Science, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in administration in an Institute of Higher Learning.
