We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at JOB LIONS PTE. LTD.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction firm, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Claim Tracking: Proactively trace project claims by liaising with engineers individually to update project status and prepare progress claims.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations using Xero software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Basic Administrative Tasks: Inform all relevant parties upon receiving permit approvals, arrange for the purchase of drawings from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and forward emails from CORENET to the respective project engineer in charge.
  • Customer and Client Relations: Handle inquiries and maintain good communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in an engineering or construction firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Xero software is a strong advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.

Estimated Salary: SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
