We are seeking a skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team at JOB LIONS PTE. LTD.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.

You will also be tasked with project claim tracking, proactively tracing project claims by liaising with engineers individually to update project status and prepare progress claims.

Additionally, you will prepare quotations using Xero software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Project Claim Tracking: Proactively trace project claims by liaising with engineers individually to update project status and prepare progress claims.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations using Xero software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Basic Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative tasks for project coordination, including informing all relevant parties upon receiving permit approvals, arranging for the purchase of drawings from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and forwarding emails from CORENET to the respective project engineer in charge.

You will be working closely with our engineering team members to support their administrative needs and assist in the organization and management of project documents.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in an engineering or construction firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Xero software is a strong advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
