**About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing accurate diagnoses, repair services, and preventive maintenance at customer locations island-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform accurate diagnoses and repair services at customer locations in accordance with established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment, and replacement parts.
- Able to communicate diagnosis and needed repairs of products to customers in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
- Providing service reports and accurate estimates for quotation of repair.
- Assist in new projects or any other duties assigned by superior.
- To attend in-house technical training to improve skill sets provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec preferred (Engineering background).
- New graduates who are interested may also apply.
- Must be a fast learner, keen to learn, and able to apply knowledge.
- **Knowledge of operating/repair home appliances/basic electrical (training provided).
- Must possess valid Class 3 Driving License.
- **Must be physically fit and strong (required to move/carry appliances occasionally).
- Immediate hire.
