Appliance Maintenance Technician

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure home appliances are in optimal working condition.

This includes diagnosing issues, performing regular servicing, and conducting thorough tests to guarantee quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing home appliances
  • Maintaining products to ensure optimal performance
  • Conducting testing and inspection on finished goods
  • Providing technical support to customers and project clients
  • Assisting with other duties assigned by management

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (class 3)
  • Minimum Nitec in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience in Electrical/Refrigeration troubleshooting is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
