We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our Global Compliance Team in Singapore.

Job Description

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for administering core compliance functions in the Singapore office, including compliance and employee conduct controls, regulatory advisory, AML and sanctions. They will advise on regulatory and compliance matters covering our APAC trading businesses, working closely with senior management to ensure effective implementation of financial services regulations.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial services regulation, with expertise in areas such as proprietary trading, quant firms, electronic trading, transaction reporting, order marking requirements, and concentration reporting. The successful candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in financial services, with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
