Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assist in cost estimation
  • Generate quotations based on project scope and supplier inputs
  • Source and liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery
  • Understand project needs and align procurement accordingly
  • Coordinate with site personnel to ensure materials and logistics are in place
  • Maintain organized records of quotations, purchases and supplier communications
Requirements:
  • Prior experience is preferred, but not required. On-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret basic project plans or specifications
  • Comfortable working with multicultural teams and vendors
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic documentation tools
