Strategic Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to join our team at BMW Performance Motors Singapore. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Manage sales processes to increase efficiency and optimize performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions.
Monitor sales progress and adjust plans as needed to meet fiscal year targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Identify and evaluate areas for improvement within the sales department to optimize performance.
Review and enhance showroom layouts to improve the retail experience.
Set pricing, promotions, and plans to increase both sales volumes and contributions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and a strong sales flair.
Proficient in Sales & Marketing Management, Budgeting & Costing, Consumer Marketing/Sales, and Stock Management.
Experience in managing teams and resources.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
