About the Role

HONG JUN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team.

Job Description
  • Support full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, organization development, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies by reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies.
  • Accountable for maintaining employee handbook and managing HR administration, such as letters of employment and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Process applications, renew staff permits, handle employees' queries, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
  • Oversee foreign workers' employment matters and issues, support preparation and submission of monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc project costing reports, and internal/external HR-related surveys.
  • Verify frontline attendance, ensure leave applications are accounted for, and handle payroll matters, including CPF submissions and IR8A preparation.
  • Perform application or renewal of mandatory courses, including Coretrade, manage employee claims, administer medical and insurance programs, maintain factory equipment records, and purchase stationery.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in the construction industry.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to provide solutions to problems.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
