Job Description:

The Regional Cybersecurity Manager plays a pivotal role in formulating, implementing, and maintaining information security standards and accreditation programs within the Asia Pacific region. This includes adherence to international ISO 27001 and ISO 81001 frameworks, as well as local medical device industry cybersecurity laws.

Key responsibilities include strategizing, leading, and driving cybersecurity initiatives across the region, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and risk management strategies.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead regional cybersecurity teams to drive ISO 27001 and ISO 81001 implementations and re-certifications
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align policies, procedures, and operational processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity, with a strong background in threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 81001 standards, including implementation, maintenance, and compliance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
