  • Oversee front-of-house and kitchen team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement staff scheduling and training programs to enhance performance and teamwork.
  • Monitor customer feedback and concerns, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Coordinating marketing initiatives and sales targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Reviewing employee performance, providing constructive feedback and supporting development.

To succeed in this position, applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is highly valued.
  • Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residence is preferred.
