**Job Title:** Learning Innovator

As a dedicated and passionate educator, you will design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Our comprehensive curriculum framework serves as a foundation for your creative approach to teaching.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative lesson plans that align with our curriculum framework.
  • Assess student progress through classwork, homework, and tests.
  • Facilitate hybrid lessons that combine in-classroom instruction with online sessions.
  • Evaluate student learning objectives and communicate effectively with them.
  • Promote curriculum development and improvement initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Diploma or 'A' level qualification for primary positions.
  • Bachelor's degree required for secondary positions.
  • Demonstrate ability to commit to weekend work.
  • Familiarity with Singapore MOE syllabus is essential.
  • Possess a pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Show passion for teaching and inspiring children.
  • Relevant teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
