Driving Innovation in Adult Learning

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and drive innovation in adult learning. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Programme Managers to advance the development, prototyping, proliferation, and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions.

The appointee will foster a vibrant ecosystem that encourages collaboration, continuous innovation, and engagement across the sector. You will have the opportunity to develop initiatives and resources to support enterprises to adopt and integrate learning solutions, as well as lead community-building and engagement efforts to attract high-quality applicants.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategize, develop, and implement plans to proliferate adoption of proven learning innovations.
  • Drive ecosystem development through platforms such as microsites, showcases, and events.
  • Develop initiatives and resources to support enterprise adoption and integration of learning solutions.
  • Lead community-building and engagement efforts to attract high-quality applicants.

You will require strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to leverage market insights and stakeholder relationships to drive adoption and ecosystem growth.

Requirements
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, innovation, and/or business management, education technology, or learning sciences.
  • 5-8 years of experience in education and adult learning sectors, or related roles in Business Development / Corporate Development / Strategic Planning.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in the sector and facilitating commercialisation of products and services is highly preferred.
