We are seeking an expert professional to drive the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth across the sector.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the adoption of proven learning innovations.\
  • Foster ecosystem development through innovation showcases and community-building initiatives.\
  • Craft engaging content for media platforms.\
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of new and existing programs.\
\
Requirements:\
  • \
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, innovation and/or business management, education technology, or learning sciences.\
  • At least 5-8 years of working experience in the Training and Adult Education sector or a related role in Business Development / Corporate Development / Strategic Planning.\
  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\
