Job Title: AI Learning Strategist

Description:

This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for education and artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research to identify learning challenges that students face when utilizing Generative AI.

  • Develop innovative solutions to overcome these challenges through learning activities and assessments.
  • Test run experimental learning activities/assessments with students to gather feedback and insights.
  • Analyse data from the test runs to propose novel ways of collecting insights from AI-based learning activities and assessments.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead focus group studies, design survey questions, and evaluate results to understand community needs.
  • Analyse data on website engagement and online resources to provide strategic insights on resource delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Demonstrated innovation and creativity in work.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.
