About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist and AI Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge data science and AI solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools. They will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data science and AI solutions using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science and AI solutions into business operations
  • Evaluate models, test for responsible/ethical AI frameworks, and apply controls to manage AI risk
  • Design, develop, and build end-to-end solutions using AI/ML models, following SDLC standards

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Operations Research, or a similar field of study
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning
  • Hands-on experience in building and managing model pipelines for testing, training, and deployment
