Lead Community Growth Specialist in APAC

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Community Operations in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive community strategies that drive user engagement across diverse markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create hyper-localized content and campaigns to foster user loyalty in regional markets.
  • Establish key performance indicators and analytics reporting systems to analyze data from various markets and inform strategy.
  • Design and execute regional ambassador programs tailored to unique APAC market dynamics.
  • Oversight of global campaign localization to ensure practical execution.
  • Maintain compliance with regional data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in community management, with a proven track record of building and scaling thriving communities in APAC.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese required.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale cross-cultural community programs.
  • Bias for action with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Expert knowledge of country-specific social/community platforms and user behaviors in APAC.
  • Excellent self-management ability and experience leading cross-functional projects.
