About This Role

As a Global Account Manager with DHL EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining multi-tier relationships across customer and DHL organizations to drive long-term business partnerships and achieve corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales improvement through harmonized processes across regions.
  • Establish clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements.
  • Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals.
  • Plan and coordinate activities to retain and develop sustainable sales revenue.
  • Develop and manage after-sales strategy for designated account customers.
  • Provide customer-oriented service at all times relating to specific sales and customer expectation issues.
  • Be the first line contact point for all customer-related interaction, including escalation management.
Your Qualifications
  • Prior experience in account management and development, preferably 5 years, in a service-related industry.
  • Familiarity with the International Express/Air Transportation industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong teamwork/collaboration skills and excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in managing large enterprise customers and good track record of working with other functional teams.
About the Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
