Job Title: DHL Express Business Intelligence Product DirectorAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Intelligence Product Director to lead our data analytics efforts in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business research, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or enhancements.
  • Conduct audience and process research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for product growth.
  • Lead and manage product and project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements, working closely with development teams.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve products.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, including 7+ years in Data-intensive product development.
  • Proven record of working with analytics, ML/AI solutions, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and other data visualization tools.
  • Good knowledge of cloud storage, hosting, and computing environments.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location:

Singapore.
