At least 10 years of multi-disciplined IT experience including: - Experience in a large matrixed organization(s), having gained broad expertise managing large, network-wide programs and projects tied to business goals. - 10+ years in Data/BI/ML/AI area of expertise - 5+ years of experience in a multi-national enterprise - Global experience, collaboration, and teaming. - Experience in initiating, integrating, and implementing change programs including because of merger and acquisition activity. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytics solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Working knowledge of Agile and Data Ops. Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional cross-geographical teams to analyze and understand business needs.
