Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and minimize vacancies.

  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and manage rental arrears in collaboration with the Finance Team.
  • Provide regular reports on leasing performance, market conditions, and financial forecasting to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and monitor trends in the commercial office and retail industry.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of retail and commercial leasing experience.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Driven, highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure well.

Travel Requirements: Some travelling is expected as part of this role.
