Customer Relationship Officer

The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This will involve conducting regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in the engineering industry. You will be responsible for planning sales visits to address customer needs, preparing sales proposals and quotations, and conducting engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to illustrate product features and benefits to existing and prospective customers.

The Requirements for this Role include:
  • A minimum Diploma in any Engineering or Business field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in the engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous, organized, and possess great interpersonal skills.
  • Cheerful and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately; technical background will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license with own transport (preferably).
