Job Description

This is a key role within the Grants Division, focusing on leading and managing teams responsible for sector grants administration and operations.

  • Lead the management of sector grant schemes, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with grant policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to process claims, manage disbursements, and verify fund utilization, maintaining efficient end-to-end operations.
  • Strengthen scheme governance by implementing best practices, ensuring audit requirements are met, and contributing to the Division's accountability for fund disbursements.
Requirements

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in grants administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of grants administration principles and practices, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks.
