About the Role:
Maintenance Operations Directors are responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure production lines run efficiently with minimal downtime. They develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all equipment, machinery, and utilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations to guarantee optimal plant performance.
- Develop, implement, and manage PM schedules for all equipment, machinery, and utilities.
- Coordinate and respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring quick resolution to avoid disruptions in production.
- Supervise maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other plant utilities.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Minimize downtime and maximize plant productivity.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols.
- Develop and manage the maintenance department's budget effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
- Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety management.
- Having managerial role experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in Risk Assessment and FMEA.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems required.
- Skilled in facilities management, including electrical troubleshooting, machineries repair and safety systems.
- Knowledge of ISO management standards (ISO 9001, 14001, and auditing processes).
- Experience conducting Risk Assessments and FMEA.
- Good spoken and written skills in English.
- Minimally able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
