Restaurant Team Lead Position

A dynamic and experienced restaurant team lead is required to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise and coordinate the work of staff members, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
- To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- To work closely with kitchen staff to ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- To handle administrative duties such as ordering stock, managing cash flow, and maintaining accurate records.
- To promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional service within the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as supervisor or above in hotel/restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
Skills and Qualifications:
