Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning programs and strategies that meet business needs
- Conduct training needs analysis and create structured training plans to address skills gaps
- Manage and enhance our competency framework and learning policies
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback
- Oversee the coordination and execution of learning programs, workshops, and events

Requirements:
- Experience in Learning & Development, particularly in training needs analysis and competency frameworks
- Knowledge of government training grants and subsidy programs
- Experience in performance management, including KPI tracking and job evaluations
- ACTA/ACLP certification and prior experience in the engineering or construction industry are advantageous
