As a key role in our organization, the Customer Experience Officer empowers you to shape and influence customer behavior, elevating the perceived value of service.
You will redefine service excellence by making a positive impact on customers' lives. Your top priorities will be:
- New customers to Spa
- Lapsed/displaced customers (Yellow/Red)
- High-value customers (by contribution & duration)
Key responsibilities include owning and following up on new customer enquiries, addressing service interest enquiries with value-add next steps, and re-engaging lapsed/displaced customers.
Establishing clear understanding of customer needs, ensuring open communication lines, and reinforcing service interest through proactive knowledge sharing are also essential tasks.
Additionally, you will oversee customer welcome, setup customer profiles, engage in skin consultations, perform inception and enrolment, and schedule appointments.
Post-service reviews, monitoring skin care progress, and supporting social media reviews and special gestures for memorable experiences will also fall under your remit.
In this role, you will assist with general customer service duties, handle transactions, and support Beauty Therapists in preparing treatment rooms.
The ideal candidate should have minimum two years of experience in premium hospitality and customer service/guest relation work, with strong attention to detail, quality, and good communication skills in English and Chinese.
A successful candidate will possess skills in Customer Experience, Social Media, Treatment, Customer Care, Administration, Spa, Selling, Cashiering, Customer Satisfaction, Team Player, Customer Service, Disposition, Service Excellence, Appointment Scheduling, Computer Literacy, Calibration, Hospitality, Customer Service Experience, Call Center, and Skin Care.
They should be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
