Job Title: Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead and develop our Business Development team in Asia. As the leader of our Business Development activities in Asia, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for Asia to achieve revenue targets and long-term growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust transaction pipeline by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to expand our network and enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the professional services field.
  • Strong professional relationships with key individuals in regional and international banks, financial institutions, private equity houses, fund managers, financial advisors, and law firms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, influence decision-makers, and negotiate effectively.
