Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the development and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field, as well as relevant skills in MS Office and AutoCAD.

The successful Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives
  • Determining project specifications by studying customer requirements, performance standards, and preparing cost estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Maintaining project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems to ensure timely completion
  • Controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan changes, recommending actions to ensure adherence to company standards
  • Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions to stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • MS Office and AutoCAD skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
