Job Title: Senior Construction Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and implementation of construction projects from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Framing and Support Systems: You will construct framing and support systems for partitions and ceilings, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Wall Installation: Apply joint compound and finish drywall to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Project Management: Plan and manage project schedules and activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct pre-installation inspections and inspect installed work for quality and design specifications.
- Material Management: Measure, cut, and install various materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Scheduling and Reporting: Liaise with workers and manage work schedules, maintaining daily work reports and ensuring punctuality.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience in construction or a related field.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
