Highly Skilled Construction Project Lead Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of our construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project requirements are met, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong background in leadership, communication, and project management. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing project plans, strategies, and timelines
- Managing the construction team, including subcontractors, to ensure they are working together effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental laws
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
- Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
In addition to their technical skills and experience, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, with a strong background in leadership, communication, and project management. They will also possess a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, as well as a Singapore Driving Licence.
