Job Title: Skilled Construction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled construction specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for constructing and assembling formwork for concrete foundations, walls, and slabs.

  • Construct and assemble formwork for concrete foundations, walls, and slabs
  • Measure and cut materials to desired specifications using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to determine project requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure formwork is level, plumb, and square, using levels, lasers, and other measuring tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and other fixtures in the formwork
  • Remove formwork after concrete has cured

The ideal candidate will have expertise in using measuring and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood, plastic, and metal formwork materials. Proficiency in constructing and installing wall, column, beam, and slab formwork according to project specifications is also essential.

In addition, we require candidates with physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions. Strong mathematical skills to calculate measurements, quantities, and angles required for formwork construction are necessary.
