Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for the pharma and biotech industry. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients across Southeast Asia to understand their process needs, propose technical solutions, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and bioprocess sectors.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, including CMOs, CDMOs, specialty, and large pharma manufacturers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design customer-specific solutions, such as cleanroom, aseptic fill/finish, validation, automation, and CQV.
  • Driving contract negotiations, pricing, and project scope with customers.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and forums to build visibility and market credibility.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the pharma and biotech industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
