Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with client's business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Project Planning: Develop and continuously monitor project progress and compare it to the established project plan.
  • Status Reporting: Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, risks, and any necessary adjustments to the plan.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate the team towards the project goals while adhering to Agile principles.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in delivering digital solutions and managing digital teams.
  • Skills: Strong appetite for innovation, autonomy, and start-up like ecosystem. Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CMS (WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix). Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices. Strong business acumen to effectively address client requirements and drive impactful business solutions.
  • Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop or Figma. Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
