
Commercial Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to play a vital role in the successful execution of our projects.
The ideal candidate will effectively manage the commercial aspects of our business, from pre-tender phase to project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Tender Phase: Review tender documents, prepare costing estimates, and develop detailed cost sheets for review and approval.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in contract discussions and negotiations with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with tender requirements.
- Project Management: Coordinate and collate all tender documents, monitor budgets, and control cash flow projections.
- Procurement: Source equipment and materials, procure contracts, and manage equipment delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Experience in the marine industry with knowledge of sourcing costs, estimation, and offer submission.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
