Medical Strategy Director

The Senior Manager, Medical Informatics Office is responsible for leading a team and driving the implementation of our Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system.
As a Senior Manager in this role, you will play a key role in:
- Coordinating Project Scope: Support the application leads by coordinating the assignment of analysts, ensuring effective project scope definition, training objectives, and measurable deliverables.
- Key Liaison Role: Act as a key liaison between clinical, IT, and operational teams to define project scope, training objectives, and measurable deliverables.
- Comprehensive Training Programme Design: Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive training program that ensures end-user readiness across all institutions and departments.
- Training Initiatives Planning and Delivery: Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of training initiatives in alignment with project timelines and organizational priorities.
- Training Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in clinical information systems, IT project management, and preferably in a healthcare environment, including at least 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
- A strong understanding of clinical workflows and project coordination.
- Certification in Epic Electronic Medical Record System is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
