Senior Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sponsorship & Partnership Development professional to drive our sponsorship initiatives and cultivate strategic partnerships.
This role will involve developing and executing sponsorship strategies to enhance our physical and online seminar events, generate revenue, and elevate our brand presence.
- Create innovative sponsorship strategies and partnership programs aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential sponsors and partners, maintaining and nurturing existing relationships for long-term collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Develop tailored sponsorship packages and proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits for partners.
- Lead negotiations with sponsors and partners, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Work closely with event planning, marketing, and operations teams to integrate sponsorship elements seamlessly into event strategies.
- Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize value.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sponsorship, partnership management, or business development, preferably within the events industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
