We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Modernization Lead to join our team at OCBC. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for leading the modernization of our platforms and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • UI/UX Design: Develop user-centered interfaces that improve usability and accessibility for platform modernization projects.
  • Payment Innovation: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement emerging payment rails and digital payment solutions.
  • Operational Readiness & Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of new payment systems and processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in platform modernization, UI/UX design, operational transformation, or payment innovation related to new product development.
  • Proven experience in operational readiness and change management for large-scale projects/initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
