Job Summary:

  • To oversee dining room operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Detailed Job Description:

  1. Greet guests, ensure they are seated and served promptly, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  2. Supervise servers and front-of-house staff, train them, and conduct performance reviews as needed.
  3. Liaise between the kitchen and dining staff to guarantee smooth service, timely food delivery, and effective communication of guest needs and allergies.
  4. Oversee the cleanliness of the dining area, check table settings and supplies, and manage inventory of food and beverages.
  5. Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and tactful manner.
  6. Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation, to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
  7. Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
