Job Description

The Senior Manager of Indoor Attractions Analytics is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing profitability, and improving the guest experience within indoor attractions. They lead analytics initiatives, manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Report and analyze key performance metrics of the business, including attendance and financial KPIs.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present data in a clear and concise manner for easy interpretation.
  • Track and analyze attractions performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for IA operations, including expenses related to staffing, maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business planning and analytics. Preferably in the entertainment, tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in management of budget, forecast and analyzing operational and financial data to drive insights and improvements.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI or similar software.
