The National Centre for Advanced Integrated Photonics (NCAIP) aims to enable the translation of fundamental research ideas into technologies on integrated photonics platforms on silicon. This is achieved through close collaboration with industry partners and researchers from top-tier universities worldwide.
The Job: We are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager to oversee the Centre's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless communication between team members and industry partners.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate Centre events such as Governing Board Meetings, Scientific Advisory Board Meetings, and Industry Days.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the tracking of research outputs and yearly deliverables for NCAIP.
  • Collaborate with the National Semiconductor Technology and Innovation Centre to drive innovation and technology transfer.
Requirements:
  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
