Travel Operation Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing travel arrangements and be proficient in both English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate hotel and ticket bookings for inbound travelers from Japan to Singapore.
  • Plan and design tours to meet the needs of clients.
  • Communicate with sales representatives in Japan via email and phone to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct site inspections of booked arrangements as needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or managers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language (N1 level) to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Basic proficiency in PC operation, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for travel and high motivation.
